Hampton Inn Dandridge

Quick pit stop off route 40. Overall, great place with nice rooms and very clean. Decent morning breakfast. Would stay here again.

I stay at a lot of hotels and have had some rough luck recently but this hotel was phenomenal! Felt new, very clean room, great breakfast (had bananas one day and honey nut cherios, not just the dry kind!). For those visiting Dollywood, this is roughly 40 minutes away. If you're visiting Gatlinburg, the gps will take you through some hilly driving for the first 30 minutes and it will take an hour to get there. I'd be careful driving at night.

The hotel was clean and very nice. Unfortunately we were awaken in the middle of the night by a fire alarm being activated. The hotel was clean and very close to the highway. Tractor trailers were there as well…very noisy, unfortunately.

Decent hotel, good breakfast and great staff. Angela helped us out with our reservation and was extremely helpful and kind. She even went out of her way to let us know about the local area and where it was safe to walk our dog. Will be here again

Has one of the best breakfast bars we had on our vacation! Young Lady that was in charge of it was one of the nicest people !!! But if based this visit on night check in young women we would have left if wasn't so tired of driving! She was very rude !!!!!! From time of walking into lobby to check in. They say pets are welcomed on web site but wouldn't have thought this on how this young women's attitude was. I have a legitimate service animal but was grilled and she was very rude when asking questions to make sure my dog was " legitimate". I expect questions to happen because so many are saying there non service animals are service animals. Also even though Im not supposed to be charged for my service animal she told me there was a $75 charge for him. WOW that is very steep !!! Plus a $50 returnable if room was in good condition once we left ???? Be aware of these policies if your staying at a Hampton with your service animal or a dog. The morning young lady at check out was very kind ! One bad apple could ruin your stay !!

We were very happy with our stay here. We love that they are pet friendly. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice warm clean pool, delicious warm breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything was exactly as expected. Staff was friendly and check-in and check-out were easy. Overall a nice place to stay and I’d be happy to stay here again.

Place is located right off highway I-40 for super easy access. Main point in writing review is to give huge accolades to Lori, the manager on duty when we checked in. She went way out of her way to show me 2 different rooms prior to check-in, because we'd had such a bad experience at a sister hotel. I wanted to check how clean the room was and that the outlets and lights were actually working, before committing. Everything was PRISTINE clean, cool (the A/C was running and working perfectly), and the room was super clean. Everything is just perfect; Lori even gave a rave review on a local pizza place and set us up with a coupon. (We have a little guy, so in room ordering and delivery is important.) Took my little guy to the pool and all was super clean and awesome there, too! Lori is the BEST, and Hilton should be very pleased to have her as an employee. Thanks to Lori for rescuing the final day of our trip home! Loved this place and highly recommend to all tired travelers.
